About Recognition IT
We are a family-run computer support and repair business serving the Wenatchee Valley.
The Wenatchee Valley is a wonderful community and we want to use our 25+ years of experience in the computer support industry to help those who live and work here. Recognition IT is a late-afternoon, evening, and weekend support business intended for those with computer service needs that fall outside of the typical workday.

To keep things simple, we only bill customers for our service time. Our service rate is $100 per hour with sales tax already included (when applicable). We do not provide any equipment for re-sale. Instead, we research the best equipment options and prices available and provide those to our customers. Our customers may then order the equipment they desire, ship it directly to us or deliver it to us, and then we provide configuration, installation, and troubleshooting service. The time we spend researching the best options and providing information is billable.
Resources like our Find Answers page and low-cost equipment vendor recommendations are intended to help our customer’s save money they might otherwise lose to retail mark-up costs. As part of our service, Recognition IT also wants to educate our customers so they may become as self-sufficient as possible.
Our Guarantee: If we cannot adequately recommend, fix or improve upon your equipment, we will not bill you.
A Bit About My Background: I worked a number of years at Wenatchee Valley College, for Firefly (an excellent local IT support company), as the IT Director for The Floyd Company, and am currently the IT Director for a local wholesale distributor.
